Mission Editor manual ?

A little question to the more knowledgable. Does the Mission Editor manual

that came with Silent Hunter 3 work with Silent Hunter 4 ?

UBI didn't see fit to include the pdf manual in SH-4. I'd like to create a harbor in Seattle Wasning in Puget Sound as it was historical and not in game.

All advice and help would be appreciatted. Thx in advance.
