Default Flak fuses?

Aren´t flaks supposed to fire proximity fused rounds? I can´t see any explotions or smoke in the air.:hmm:

In Sh3 the 37 mm flak gun uses fuses. :hmm:

perhaps replacing the ammo or the gun...
