Obviously Stupid. Custom Mission help

As the topic says, I'm obviously less intelligent than I thought I was.

How does one use the mission builder/editor to make custom missions, and how does one actually use them in the game.

I've set up pretty much everything I can think of, and I've run the check. It keeps giving me a "title missing" error message, but everything else works 100%.

Where does one edit the "title" of the missions?
