Problems with man + navigation after installation GWX - please HELP

Hi, i've big problem with man and navigation tools after installation of GWX. As you can see actual position of my boat doesnt correspondent with center position of that circle with range markings. Is this a bug ? I've installaed SH3, Patch 1.1, 1.2, 1.3. 1.4b and GWX + GWX 1.3...is there a way how to correct this ? Please help me.

I had the same problem, there should be a overlay fix around here somewhere.
