[REQ] Truck speed

Admittedly it's a little thing, but the trucks that whiz around the harbour at 70mph are a bit off-putting (at least for me). Has anyone made a mod to slow them down to, say 20mph? If not, can someone show me where the info is so I can mod it?

Those boxy suckers can negotiate corners better than a Formula 1 race car.

I am starting to suspect there is a problem somewhere. The truck moves too fast.

The clouds move too fast.

The smoke from burning ships travels too fast.

Eventually someone will tone it down I suppose.

Was just watching them today when I couldn't dock at PH, had to take a trip around the Island then it let me dock!
