Question about easter egg ships and subs

Last night, I tried desperately to find the Flying Dutchman and the Type VII uboat to no avail. How do you view these. Also, I couldnt find a mission creator/editor? Could someone tell me how to see them?

I think the names are great. Vincent Skywalker is my XO! YUT! Seaman Spock is in the forward torpedo room. I guess he forgot science and went staright to weapons. Look out Worf, you've got competetion!
