Custom Realism Setting For Campaign

Is there a way to set custom realism options,
instead of choosing between the stock settings:
easy, medium, hard, very hard.

I prefer to set at 100% realism except for event viewer,
external view & TDC.

Any help will be appreciated.

Once you've started a campaign, in your office click on the radio top left you can set the gameplay (realism) options there. I believe the difficulty setting at the start of the campaign (easy, normal etc..) affects the dynamic mission selection.
