Sonar & Radar Screens

Somebody's screen shots showed looking right over the scope like he was the operator. I have only been able to see it from the side view. Does anyone know how you can see these screens?

Just left click on the operator himself and it will position you over the scope. I hope this helps. I can view the scope but can't get the darn radar to turn on. Good luck.
