Cheaper than a Kilo I guess, and it sounds like it was probably going to be used for a tourist attraction rather than a military vessel.
Still asking for trouble, heck, I know Whiskey drinks that are younger than those boats! :hmm:

You can buy a whiskey for the price of a half decent one bedroom flat here in england, ive seen and heard of whiskeys going for around $250,000 USD (about £145,000).
