Default installing sh3 commander

Hi guys. I just got back into sh3 and installed gwx. my question is exactly how do install sh3 commander. How do I no if have .net 1.1 or 2.0, do I need the special gwx config files? etc. Ive looked at lot of souces and Im a little confused and want to do this only one time. Any instructions would be appreciated. Thanks and happy hunting from Wisconsin USA.

SH3commander 2.7 comes with a self installer so is real simple to install
It creates its own folder in Program files
Yes you will need the GWX specific Commander files - you can get them in the GWX D\L link below my sig
These go into the SH3Commander folder in my programs

There is a complete readme included with SH3commander and the extra files

Irrelevant for SH3Cmdr. It does not require the .net framework.

For clarification, the 4 GWX commander files go into the Commander/Cfg folder
