GWX Dec. 23 corrections: download issue

Hello all,

Returning to SHIII after a long absence. Have installed GWX without a problem.

However, downloading the corrections yields a goofy file that cannot be extracted, opened, etc (reads .7z, no .zip). I receive the same file every site I try. Searching the forums, I know I'm supposed to be able to extract a folder.

It has to be extracted with 7zip:
