Stuck in Doom 3

I'm in Delta Labs 2A and my missions are:
1) Retrieve plasma inducer from the ops server room.
2) Go to Sector Security and terminate ops lock down.

I've spent over 3 hours going around levels 1 and 2 and covered every inch of them numerous times. I have found the scientist who needs the inducer,
found the secret compartments in the infirmary, killed everything and now I'm ust going around in circles.

People commonly dont listen to voice logs on PDAs they pick up. I cant remember that specific section, but maybe what someone says on the audio logs can help. Check their e-mails too

Just slightly OT, I wonder if any of you may have experienced this. If I install Doom3 and patch it to the latest version my SH3 installation no longer works. I'm wondering if it may have to do with the fact that the latest patch for Doom 3 includes a no-cd function.

My advice is to empty the clip.
Also, the easy way is never the best way. The easy way is always mined.

There's a movie of the game at archive. http://www.archive.org/details/Doom3_20715. Probably get some direction from that. I don't really remember much from Doom 3, which as I understand it, was the intention of John Carmack.

I didn't know there was an easy way.
I found a real hard way though. I didn't pick up the BFG 9000 so I'm trying to kill the two Hell Monsters that just stepped through the portal with rockets and I'm not doing too good.
I'll give it another 20 goes and if I can't kill them I'm going to have to go all the way back to 2A again and do the whole section over because I deleted all my incremental saves for that level!!!

I have Doom3 and the expannsion still installed and all the saves...let me know if yo uwant me to go back in and find something...I remember one lvl I went round and round and even was in the room with the BFG and never clicked on it...finally i clicked on it or shot the glass out and grabbed it...I remember shortly after that some big critters where you need it..you will definalty need it. ..

O yea...when they step thru you need the BFG......if you make it thru them without it you rock lol...

I definitely don't rock.... I don't live long enough to reload my rockets twice, so I'm going to suck it up and pay the price and step back to do 2A again.

My girlfriends dad did that. I didnt want to tell him he missed the BFG :rotfl::rotfl:
