I need help about making Multi play mission.

Hi guys!

Today I tryed to made multiplay mission.
8 subs ,1 axis airplane and 1 enemy tug boat.

And I cheked all subs "human control".
Save and create folder as exactry same to other multi play missions.

But when run SH3 and try to play this mission,
it says "0 person playable".

What should I handle mission editor???
