When to change the Flotille?
I was wondering if anybody knows when the base in Trondheim for example opens. Right now (28.07.1941) I can only transfer to the 2nd and 7th Flotille (I'm a member of 1st Flotille in Brest).

Trondheim opens mid 43 but doesnt exist in the game IIRC
