Surface ship throttles

I just had a quick look at RA after being on hiatus from subsims and noticed I could keep the FFG running along at a nice 21 knots at 1/3 throttle setting (like 60% power, 60% pitch or something) and thought that must mean either a bug or more functionality in the game. I think in 1.04 even the throttle setting was just another way of setting the speed.

Are throttles now something I should be managing? (As opposed to just setting the speed in the bottom right corner?)

And Kim Kardashian resembled a dizzy schoolgirl in love yet again yesterday as her new beau gazed adoringly at her as they strolled through New York together.

Kanye couldn't stop smiling as he held hands with the 31-year-old reality star, who looked almost shy as she turned her head away.

You've been here about as long as I have, but you must not actually come around much, because in some ways nothing has changed. Neal doesn't tolerate people intentionally spamming the forums just because they didn't get a response right away. You call it humor, but I've seen so-called humor like that before, mostly from trolls. I'm sorry your question wasn't answered in what you thought was due time, but it happens to all of us and most of us try to at least be polite when we ask about it.
