Drowning in harbor!

I'm totally overwhelmed by the wolves of steel modpack. I'm more of a filthy casul and I have no clue how to track ships and attack manually, I used to but that was kany years ago and I totally forgot.

I do have the auto navigation where I can see my sub and the enemy contacts do appear but only at really close range can I see them in real time on the map.

I dont know how to use use torpedoes in this new way though......

Also ships blow me up at way greater distances.

I dont know which videos are best to watch and I'm kinds pulling my hair out here trying to figure out how to use the gizmos to track, get into position, and attack ships.

Like I said my upboat appears on the map and the contacts appear but without their tail and are affected by whether I'm surfaced or not and only appear in real time when I'm really close.

I'm also terrible at math.

I'm a longtime lurker and casual player who wants to take the plunge, or maybe more accurately tiptoe into the deep end.

Please help me subsim!

I hope you like this video I made it a while ago for Silent Hunter three. But it works the same for silent hunter five. I also have other videos on YouTube as well to help you with all the gizmos.
