Default Japanese Convoy HI-81

Remember Fluckey mentioning his role in this attack(although I don't believe he ever tagged the convoy with a number) in his amazing book.I was reading online about the Take Ichi Convoy to add it to RSRD for RFB and stumbled across the Wiki for HI-81, pretty interesting convoy battle, lead me to read up on it some more, which prompted me to add it to RSRD as it is missing from RSRD along with Take Ichi.

FYI today is the anniversary of the Take Ichi Convoy being attacked the USS Jack(just noticed that earlier), one of the times a single submarine had an actualy strategic impact on the war.Admiral James Calvert describes the attack in his book "Silent Running", pretty interesting as they were forced to attack from a very long range on the surface at night due to the heavy escort screen.
