Okay this may be the nobbest question but i swear on my life i cant find an answer to it.....how to you paint your U-Boats?

First you need clarify what you mean by paint?

In the stock game you are offered various 'paint schemes' over time, as equipment upgrades; that is, tiger stripes, razzle, etc. They are mostly really cool however some are standard, some are offered as Downloadable content.

Anyways, if you are asking about anything more.....comprehensive than that, then you are looking for a mod. Such mods are called 'skins' and can be introduced at your whim. See here: http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=190656

Yes, as troopie mentioned and also, if you want to get there quicker, there is a mod called "Equipment upgrades" by the Beast. This mod and it's patch will give you those paint schemes almost immediately as long as your at dock.

if your saying you have to unlock them then yes id like to get that mod, and im asking how would you apply the skins, is there a menue somewhere?

and im asking these questions mainly because i got that skin pack from the ubi launcher

Hope I got this right, it sounds like you're asking about the stock camoflage paint schemes. If you got it from the 'u-play launcher' then that is the 'downloadable content (DLC)' I was talking about.

Really easy: when you're are in the Uboat pen before a mission just click on old mate with the moustache where you get your torps and equipment upgrades and you'll find the new paint jobs under the 'camoflage tab'.
