Rights to silent hunter?

I was sitting around bored out of my mind and I thought:
Who currently owns the rights to the silent hunter series?

so nothing has been sold. was wondering but seeing as ubisoft still owns it, I don't want a new Silent hunter game

Silent Hunter 5 bought today is broken, bugged, tonnage bar, and campaign icons do not work, campaign will not transfer to a new one at the correct time.

This started about 3 years ago, something happened between Ubisoft and Uplay with the Ubisoft Game Launcher which has caused the game to break.

Without the game launcher I beilieve there is not a problem and everything works as it should do.
