Yeah, need to see if I can be arsed to start learning the A-10C a bit more
(usually give up pretty quickly) and fly more.

Oh your mate popped in for a bit, Noisy or something like that.

Yeah, Noisy Lightning, he quit about 5 mins before I booted up my 'puter. Air trafficker. Said you guys had help him.

I need to be arsed more too, all I do is the Thursday night thing, and once I reskinned an a/c and did a quick mission just to take screenies (for Oberon, actually, whatever happened to his A-10C? ). Arc must really have a lot of patience flying with us amatuers.

Ooh, forgot the F-16 pilot with the bag on his head, here he is...

Half the time I'm prosecuting a target, typing a response to 2 different questions and answering a 3rd one over TS at the same time.

Half the time I'm trying to avoid colliding with the ground, whilst asking a question, getting a beer, checking subsim for funny pics or jokes. Oh, and avoiding an annoyed Raptor1's ammunition!

Most of the time I'm asking questions while using auto-pilot and trying to answer my questions myself by pushing random buttons that I think will work.

Once again a good, unexpected, night. I thought I'd ask Arc to start the server and muck about for an hour, not be joined by everyone and go to bed over three hours later!

And I've learnt all about the pitfalls of freemium games to boot

BTW, the JTAC in your mission doesn't seem to work, Arc.

I can contact it, but he just tells me there's no targets and I can piss off.

Can always practice offline, so that's no biggie.

I think the mission is vanilla from game, the only thing arc changed is the time of day. As for the JTAC, it's possible that JTAC was provided by one of the cars in the convey, which was wiped out.

On the topic of JTAC, apparently JTAC can be played by one of us. We wont have laser designators, but we can give co-ordinates, and descriptions of the target. We just need a spectatable object near the targets.

No, there's a FAC near the targets, think Arc just forgot to assign the target groups to it.

I think JTAC is parked up just north of Kobuleti airfield, the practice target area in the south. Not sure about any in the convoy.

But, hey - I could be wrong - I don't go in for this reading up on stuff malarky!

Yup, it's just North of the targets. Got it to work by assigning the targets for it.
Even managed to learn the data link crap (just the receiving bit, tho).

Think the Littlebird is pulling JTAC duty too, but it always gets shot down.
