Uncommon Valor is quite obsolete, as far as I know. It preceeded even the original WitP. I have Admiral's Edition and it's a very good game, though more complex than most.
The Operation Art of War III is IMO one of the best wargames in existence, especially for all the variety in scenarios. Should hopefully be able to by BftB by August, I hope...
