How do I install Red Storm Rising?

I bought Dangerous waters the latest patch, now I downloaded Red Storm Rising but I am not sure what I am supposed to do with the files, all I see is a bunch of sound files and that's it. How do I actually install it and run it? What is the best site to download it from?

if i remember,, just put all the files into your DW Scenario folder..
