Well after i made these changes to this file my little sub has warp speed now and no more being stuck on 1 near land.

I hate to be stupid but does this MOD not work with GWX 3.0 Gold

Hello von Kinderei,

NO, it does not work with GWX!

LSH3 is a Supermod like WAC, GWX or NYGM.
All need a clean install of SH3!

Currently using LSH3. It's a terrific mod!
I d'like to change the renown system for the stock one..
Also restore the cost for the subs
how can I do that?

Check the Basic.cfg, you´ll find there all needed entries!

Hello U-Falke,

depends on how skilled you are, working on SH3 cfg-files.
You may try to use the stock-SH3 basic.cfg but you will loose some other settings like "LSH3V5.1 torpedo loadout"

If you know how to compare cfg-files you may just change every appearance of "Renown..."

I did that, changed the renown field for the submarine's blocks.
But now the game doesn't show any sub to buy.
Something is missing, i will check it out thanks

Hello I have a question master. Is the damage model of vessels (Zones.cfg) is the same as the Silent Hunter 3 without any modification? How realistic is this system of damages?......

Hello pelucho25,

yes zones.cfg is the original one of SH3 (see date of file).

Hello pelucho25,

no it will not be.
If you use a program like "Winmerge", capable of comparing 2 text files, you will see there are too many differences.

You might give it a try but I don't think it will work.

Hello, Blueduck!
What mod fix size of turm at XI-series u-boats /in stock SH3 & in LSHIII turmes on this sub's is much smaller (lower) then must be/?
May be this fix will be included to the LSHIII v6?
