is there a tutorial to make your own emblems for SHIII
or can you do it with paint

There is also the free download image editor "Gimp" I have had no complaints using it, and there are plenty of people who use it, and participate in fora like these.
(Funny how spellcheck doesn't ping "Forums" but will stop you on "Fora")
