As far as I've read about the case, the only known sealed testimonies were of a salacious nature, i.e., Guzman & Co. raping young girls; Guzman's bribery of Mexican officers, officials, and politicians is very well known and documented. I know not to trust FB postings, but I suppose it was the names of individuals of the agencies involved were sealed not the agencies themselves. I won't point figures at the US Government officials, but CBS reported something is not right about all of this drug trade and even point at another man is in charge of the Cartel (Zamabada) not El Chapo himself and he is still in charge. Too much money involved not to have some dirty hands somewhere.
