Default Falcon 4.0 Allied Force Graphic Issues with Clouds

Quick question...can't really find answer on any forums out there. Has anyone come accross graphical issues with the clouds in Falcon 4.0: Allied Force? I keep seeing glitches and artifacting anytime I enter 3-D environment and look at or fly anywhere near the 3-D rendered clouds. I'm not sure what is causing this. If I look away from the clouds the graphics are fine. These distortions only appear near, around, or as I fly through the clouds.

I am running the game on Windows Vista Ultimate 32-Bit. I am currently using the latest 195.62 display driver from Nvidia (9800GTX). I am using the latest 1.0.13 patch released by Lead Persuit. I am using 2 x 9800GTX cards with SLI enabled. This is the only game I have graphical distortions and it only appears around the clouds.

Below are some of the screenshots of the artifacting I am seeing:

Yes. I have experienced similar glitches and corruption specially running OF4.5 - OF4.7 with ATO Radeon chipset, but not to this extent.

I tend to agree with Richard. I tried uninstalling driver, removing all traces in Safe Mode with relevant utility (ATI/nVidia), reinstalling updated drivers then update (reinstall) DX9.c (or DX10) for good measure. Not sure if Falcon uses DX9 but I did just incase there were other driver-realted issues.
