Does bailing out over friendly territory put a black mark on your record?

I play with unlimited ammo because my lack of experiance in leading and ranging targets. But when I get a bombing mission and I want to land, I have to land with a bomb, which for me is a death sentence. The autopilot won't land, it will just turn back and try to get rid of all my bombs, but I have unlimited bombs so the autopilot won't land. My two options are to land upside down or bail out. I just got back from a vacation so I haven't been playing, but my last mission, I got a few air and ground kills and went back to base. I remember that I have a bomb still on my plane. I was thinking of bailing out over the airfield but decided to attempt a landing. My gear break and my bomb load detonates. Does bailing out over an airfield do anything bad to your record?
