Avoid ounterdetect goals in editor?

I posted this on the main DW forum but realize that was probably in the wrong place. I didn't see this one at the time. I'm working on some missions but would really like to have goals such as avoiding counterdetection. I can't seem to find a way to do this in the editor though. Other things that would be nice would be photograph goals (for the periscope or the orion's camera turret) and detection goals.

Can this be done? I could never find any mention of it in the editor or the manual, but then again I haven't entirely accustomed myself to changes made in the DW editor so I'm mostly operating on what I know from SC. I know some things have changed.
