Malfunction mod?

I have TWOS, been playing for awhile, and wondering if malfunctions are in this game, or if there is a mod for it.

No, not that i’m Aware of in SH5.

It’s provided by SH3 Commander in SH3...

This would be cool feature...one I've wanted for a long time. Stuff breaks all the time on real ships.....would be interesting to see it implemented in the game.
