Default New: 1/144 Type-214 U-Boat from Revell/Germany



Details:

Class 214 U-Boot/Submarine. Modern German developed diesel-electric submarine. Kit has detailed full hull with engraved and raised detail, sail with conning station and full array of periscopes and antennae masts, optional open/closed tower hatches and display stand. Includes decals for hull and stand plus ensigns for builder Howaldtswerke-Deutsche Werft GmbH (HDW), Hellenic Navy and Korean Navy.

Can you slow down with these, I haven't finished my Akula yet and I've got four other sub kits backed up waiting to complete too! On a more serious note, the 214 seems to be turning into something of a minor classic, doesn't it?

It does seem to be the 'year of the submarine' for modelers, doesn't it? Too bad the 1/144 Type VIIC isn't out yet... last I saw its release has been delayed until January

They're making a 1/144th scale type II!!!??!
