Windows XP?
I saw that on the news and was surprised that they still are using Windows XP.
We need to have all those computers updated to windows 10 maybe. But I also under stand that it's hard to adapt to the new software when Microsoft keeps making changes all the time. There is a huge cost in updating the software for every computer and then having to train everyone on the new software. That gets expensive too. Still we are talking about the SECURITY of our country and that should not be taken lightly.
