I've done it 3 times in a row, and played the campaign. With a minimum ghost crew I managed to play and sink some American destroyers.

I miss the UZO, there is no compass , I just use the binoculars, but you have no idea about the bearing. All the enemy ships engage me from much further than my gunners do, It;s fun anyway , I rammed some destroyers like they were some dinghies.

Ill try and get a UZO on at some point , but atm the floatation issues are more pressing . Despite what i said before damage to engines does affect your speed. Ive not had any problem with any ships engaging me 1st (on a good day u should be able to shoot around 10km) Could be due to your skeleton crew? :hmm: Ninja edit The bino's should have your bearing on them

A new version with working radar and (hopefully) improved flooding and sinking mechanics will be up sometime today edit yeh thts how i run it , theres also a good Japanese crew name mod which i run.

yeah, unfortunately any playable ships made are incompatible with RFB.

in all of my cold war sub mods, i would justload up the boat with all the crew there, save, and reload the game, and do it over...

not too much work for the result!

It's ok, I know what happened. I installed PE4 before Yamato, instead of the other way 'round.

Sorry buy what is Pe4?
I downloaded the 1.5 beta from yamato playable..
Backuped data and trew the new 1 over the old that whas stil in SH4 map.
And now?
How can i play yamato?

well, i would really suggest getting JSGME.

JSGME

it makes everything hassle-free, no need to backup, nothing, just throw it in your MODS folder, which it creates, and activate it, and go, if it dont work, unload it. done
easy pie, as a few of my friends say.

almost forgot, PE4 is an ENVIRONMENTAL modification by Kriller2 (props dude!) that makes many of the games environmental (sea, sky, land, i think) aspects more realistic. i highly suggest D/Ling it

Ademas, Sali con el Admiral Scheer... de Ese no Realice Capturas... pero Existen Muchas Diferencias como la Cantidad de Tiros... Eso si que el Admiral Scheer, Puede Realizar Disparos de Torpedos desde Popa... nada mal...

Lo Malo:
1.- Para Realizar el Tiro Manual se Debe Calcular la Distancia del Blanco, por el Mapa de Ruta.
No Existe un Director de Tiro...
no asi como el SH III + GWX. Donde Existe un Director de Tiro,
para Calcular la Distancia y Asi Ajustar la Elevacion...
2.- Los Grupos de Batallas se Escapan... no Existe Señal de Socorro... para que Acudan a Prestar
Ayuda... como lo es en el SH III + GWX...
3.- Cuando Estas de Director de Tiro... se Nececitan Demasiadas Salvas para Centrar el Blanco...
Quizas sea que Tienen muy Pequeña Estructura...
4.- No Aprecias la Caida de Salvas en una Distancia Superior a 7 Km... Ya que los Prismaticos
son de 4x... No Tienes la Capacidad de ver los Telemetros...

Lo bueno:
1.- O sea, con el Calibre de las Salvas, Los Convoy Caen Como Moscas...
2.- Ademas, Vean la Cantidad de Salvas... 9000 Salvas... Solo en la Torre de Popa...
Creo que no es nada Real Esto... por lo Que Tengo Entendido, en las Santa Barbaras
se Disponian una Cantidad de Salvas de Alrededor de 1000... Dependiendo del calibre...
3.- La Artilleria Antiaerea es Contundente.... Ademas, por mi Corta Experiencia en este Simulador
no Van mas de Dos Aviones por Escuadron... asi que se pueden estar Tranquilo de los Ataques Aereos...
no le PAsara lo mismo que su Hermano Real...
4.- Cuando Estas de Director de Tiro y Señalas el Blanco... la Artilleria Completa del Buque se Hace Presente... Torres Proel, Popa... Primaria y Secundaria... Asi, como los Antiaeres de Grueso Calibes... Pero con Varias Salvas para Centrar el Blanco...

Estas son las Primeras Impresiones con el Mode... Esperare Terminar la Patrulla...
