I can sympathise with that Dowly, I got part of the tail of my A-10 shot off by a Russkie ZSU whilst rolling in on a East German airbase. Bugger me though if the Warthog didn't just keep rolling on. Tough buggers they are!

Oh, Wings over Europe was what I was using

When I'm feeling a bit more up to it, I've got an escort mission with my Super Sabre to complete. Already had some tangles with MiG-17s, and they have a very annoying tendancy to be able to flit out of my gunsight just as I get within range...and they killed my wingman last mission...

I avenged him...

Wingmen in this series are somewhat worthless against MiG-17's and MiG-19's. They will always bite it. Almost better to go it alone in an F-100 and take them all on yourself.
