Default Hi

G,day guys, I just joined and I am from Melbourne Aus.

I found your site after I stumbled on T34vTiger and started researching for mods, then thanks to this site I discovered then got a copy of SFK and wow, best tank sim I have used.

I started on Panzer Commander back in 95, progressed to Panzer Elite from there which was my main gaming for many years, it is such a deep tank sim that the graphics can be easily ignored. Played T34vTiger for a brief period and been hooked on SFK for about 3 months now.

So for the moment I am going to continue exploring SFK and add mods as I go. It is such a pleasure to find a site devoted to my one real gaming love, Tank Sims

I will take a look around and it probably wont be long before I am asking why my mods don't work or what did I do wrong to prevent them from working. I am not really computer dumb by any means, but I am no IT genius

Welcome Tobruk!

Please do not be afraid to ask questions, and I suggest you check out the Steel Fury mods and resources thread stickied at the top of the page.
There's a few ex-tankers around, and a lot of us might as well have been

Thanks Sledgehammer, already looked at the mods resources thread, I will start using some mods after xmas and see how much modding I can get wrong

I am excited though by the amount of mods available, haven't seen much like it since PEDG an Michael York were around.

Cheers
