Default Is there anything out there like this?

Wow I cannot believe I never played this. I simply didn't discover it until some YouTube lets plays.

My problem is I have windows 10 and I don't know if I want to go through the pain in the butt to try to get this program to work. My question is therefore has there been anything else out there that is comparable to the simulator? I specifically like to watch the waterfall displays and try to analyze what I'm seeing. Is there any other game out there that let you do this on this level?

No, Dangerous Waters is absolutely unique (the predecessor Sub Command excluded).

However, why look for something else?
DW does work with windows 10, and from what I've gathered it isn't rocket science either.
If you look for the Reinforce Alert mod (must have anyways), you'll get some files attached that help with compatibility, as far as I know.

Yeah it looks like there might have to be my only choice if it's the only game in town. I'm just tired of having to get things to work you know sometimes it burns you out

Well, that's what you get with Windows 10!

Since I don't have these problems, I cannot comment on how "difficult" it is to make DW run under Win10, but as far as I know - it's only a matter of replacing some files.

I am sure others here have done it, so don't worry.
