Got any idea's how the landings work in-game? Just made about 20 amphibious craft and they hit land and stop? Do they actually do anything like release troops or anything? I made a pretty sweet level, which is a training exercise for landings. A Wasp carrier and escorts and a landing craft group but nothing happens when they hit land.

there is no amphibious landing simulated...this is completely out of scope...you can abstract it with a timer(trigger), which simulates the landing.
