Default DBS Black Shark: radio commands problems

I'm having problems with a bunch of radio commands for my wingmen.

The first of them is the "Hold position" command. The wingman should stop where he is so I can move on and do some recon or kill some tanks without putting him in danger, but instead my wingman just flies away in a random direction.

The next is the "move to datalink point". The wingman should fly to the datalinked point and wait there. He flies to the point without problems, but as soon as he arrives he then flies away, just like in the Hold command.

The final problem I have is with the "pincer" order. With it, the wingman should separate a few kilometers to the left or right (depending if you ordered pincer left or right) and then attack the target from various directions, to disperse defences. Instead, my wingman just flies forward in the direction I'm headed, no matter if the area ahead is full of AAA guns and he knows it.

I've googled for some info on these problems but I don't find anything. Am I doing something wrong or these commands just don't work?

AI is screwed in Blackshark. v1 and v1.01 were alright, but it got progressively worse with patches. v1.02 is absolutely useless when it comes to wingman AI.

I keep hearing this. And still, my v1.02 wingmen do everything I tell them to. They haven't actually failed a single order so far, provided that those orders haven't been mindless to begin with

So I don't know, maybe I'm just lucky? Or too clueless to even notice anything, hah

I dunno, they often just fail to respond. And even when they do respond, they go from a nice hover 5km from target with good view of target, to a reckless charge to fire a Vikhr.
