I should have keep my mouth shut about the AI dificulty...
I'm trying to prevent Impossible actions done by the AI in very INFERIOR aircraft as the Polish Air force only has the P11 in the DCG and I dont want that they are able to stay out of my gunsight and even worse are able to keep up with me in a 109, like the Ki 27 did in the Burma campaign and able to keep up with a aicraft that has faster top speed then them.
but if they really are the joke then I raise the dificulty...and be warned when I start the BoB campaign you will fight veteran Hurricanes and the dificulty wont be lowered after the BoB.
we may start easier but if you just be patient and bear with it for a short while as I'm also using the poland campaign to test some other options in DCG a bit, fine if not I will remove your name if you still want too.

I dont fancy flying missions where the AI sits tight and flies straight and level while the player is peppering it from his 6.

Rookie AI does that,

Average AI is like the veteran but they are more smoother in their movements easier to hang on to, instead of wildly rolling, spinning and turning on Max G's (without blacking out) trying to avoid your gunsight.
some Average aircraft do not respond at first untill you have passed him..so gives you bit the feeling you surprised instead of the Veterans having eyes 360º all around.
you've played against the Average back then when we flew the Stock campaigns online.

Sign me up, Hunter.

IL2 1946 is patched to 4.08, and I'm in the central timezone area... don't know what the exact GMT is, though.

I have never, ever flown against P.11s, are they as weak and useless as they look?

P.11 rules, be sures

Slow as hell but turns on a dime. 109 is faster, climbs better, dives better, has better weapons. In a 109 you'd fight it like you fight Zeros in a P38: DO NOT turn. You only turn when you pull lead, and extend when you can't keep the lead anymore. "Never turn more than 90 degrees with a Zero" was a P-38 pilot's guideline, and that also holds true with 109 vs. P.11. Keep the speed up, and there's no way he'll get his guns on you.

edit: Here's a couple of charts from Il2Compare. Treat them as a guideline, not the absolute truth.

Bf-109E4(blue) vs. P.11

Ju-87B(blue) vs. P11
