Minelayer with depth charge racks.

I'm trying to make a mission up with a Balao class submarine that has both fore and afte 5" guns and also fore and aft 40mm AA mountings, but I can only get a default 1945 version, which has an aft deck gun, aft 40mm AA and fore 20mm AA. Anyone know how to change this configuration?

Secondly, in the late war period, minelayers were converted to have depth charge racks to help with escort duty, but I can't get a Japanese ML Minelayer in May 1945 to have a depth charge rack. Is there somewhere I can add this in as a weapon, or would the game not allow this?
