Default Seawolf only has 4 wires?

I noticed on streamers' playthroughs of the new China campaign that the Seawolf class subs have only 4 guidance wires despite having 8 tubes. This seemed weird to me, although I admit I don't know how this is in reality.

What could be the reason for the omitted wires? Surely that wouldn't provide significant cost savings, especially considering that one would be reducing the effectiveness of half the launch capacity of a very expensive sub.

TBH I'd prefer 8 wires if there is no authoritative source about the situation in reality.

I'm assuming it's a limitation of the boat's fire control system, which already has its hands full tracking multiple targets at once without having to worry about guiding multiple torpedoes to their targets.

It was a bug/oversight.
Seawolf now correctly has 8 wires.
