Does anyone have a playable KMS Kormoran, it would be awesome tu be ably to use her in combat

What a story! It would have to played with Op Monsun and I wonder if there are enough merchants running around the scenario to make for anything like the real events happen.

A long, long time ago, There was work on making a playable Kormoran for the Surface Warfare super-mod. I modified a Japanese freighter a little and added permanent deck houses with "flaps" that could be controlled with the periscope (the flaps simply flew into the hull, but still gave the impression that it was unarmed)
The only problem was that with that little change, the idea of playing as a Hilfskreuzer posed a great deal of problems. Kormoran was slow and ponderous, and not cut like a warship, she relied on stealth to approach her targets and sink them from near point blank range, like the situation with the Sydney.
I posed an idea to make the Kormoran "submersible" in that when you "dove" a node would go underwater while the hull stayed afloat, while the gun "flaps" once lowered would be like an overexposed periscope and alert a merchant or warship to your true nature. Of course it could only be done for a limited amount of time, but nothing came of it. I didn't know enough of the inner workings of the games to make it function and those who did made the way of the Joshua tree and that was that.
I'm hoping that someday someone with a great deal more knowledge than me will come along and make it a reality. Alas, I'm just another player now. I still have all the stuff but none of it is near playable condition, lots of CTDs and hair pulling.
