SH4 Nvidia 1060gtx anti aliasing not working

I am trying to force AA with a Nvidia 1060 gtx card. However, SH4 will not let me enable AA with this card. My 760 gtx let me use AA without problem. Anyone else had this problem?

Me. Do you use Nvidia Inspector? It seems the latest driver is the problem. Really annoying. I'm testing some possible solutions.
