Default For beginner pilots

Just tried this "campaign" and it's very good for someone who is just starting IL2. It's a string of 28 missions, where you have to take off & land in different circumstances, you learn to control your plane smoothly via flying between/under things (bridges & stuff) etc.

Highly recommended!

I downloaded this the day it came out. Its JUST infuriating enough to keep me interested without me breaking my joystick. Currently i'm stuck on mission 10 or 11, any tips on taking off of a stopped carrier in a b-25?

I'm a fairly decent pilot, but some of these missions are HARD! I recommend this for any il-2 player no matter their skill level. Be sure to install it in the RU campaign folder, otherwise you won't get videos before the missions.

Hmm... shouldnt be that hard. Done it a few times. Cant remember if I used flaps at all, tailwheel locked, power all the way to 100%, let it rev up and release the chocks. It'll go very close to the water surface so dont panic, pull up VERY gently.

Also, if you can change your fuel load, change it to 25%.
