KIEL CANAL LOCKS for NYGM

This mod adds non-animated but still gorgeous Kiel canal locks on both ends of it. It was made by Nautilus42 for some older versions of other super mods (GWX, LSH and WAC). Original mod lacks location.cfg file for NYGM so i made one because lack of locks on Kiel canal was the only thing that was bothering me on otherwise perfect mod that NYGM is.

Everything is in a single JSGME installation ready folder.

None of these assets are my work, I just tinkered with it to make it work for NYGM.
