Default How to add torpedo tubes to a sub?

I've been trying to mod a version of the 68 Permit to add 4 extra tubes to it.

I haven't figured out what the coordinates mean in this block:

//Torpedo Mounts
MeshPosition=-0.0856,-0.0021,0.323
MeshRotation=0,340,0
TorpedoSpawnPosition=-0.0856,-0.0021,0.323
TorpedoEffectPosition=-0.0856,-0.0021,0.323

MeshPosition=-0.0856,-0.0114,0.317
MeshRotation=0,340,0
TorpedoSpawnPosition=-0.0856,-0.0114,0.317
TorpedoEffectPosition=-0.0856,-0.0114,0.317

MeshPosition=0.0856,-0.0021,0.323
MeshRotation=0,20,0
TorpedoSpawnPosition=0.0856,-0.0021,0.323
TorpedoEffectPosition=0.0856,-0.0021,0.323

MeshPosition=0.0856,-0.0114,0.317
MeshRotation=0,20,0
TorpedoSpawnPosition=0.0856,-0.0114,0.317
TorpedoEffectPosition=0.0856,-0.0114,0.317

The tube doors are staggered on the model, and I'd like to keep staggering the extra ones downward and back.

Any help on getting these configs worked out would be greatly appreciated.
