Just hit the GWX.exe. And follow the instructions.

We have released a hotfix that will correct an inability to fire torpedoes:

The GWX German Keyboard Hotfix includes:
Stock SH3 German commands configuration file.

Achtung Deutchlanders!!!
Da wir etwas übersehen haben, müssen deutsche Spieler sich den "The GWX German Keyboard Hotfix" patch über den JSGME, oder über das Internet runterladen und installieren um ein Problem zu beheben welches den Abschß von Torpedos betrifft. Da ich das Spiel in Englisch getestet habe ist mir dieser Fehler entgangen, ich bitte um entschuldigung.

I installed UTorrent, but when it asked me which port I wanted (or something to that effect), I did the test and there was an Error. I went to the website to foreward a port (whatever that means), but my router wasn't on the list

. I have an RCA - DCM450 I think. Oh well, back to FileFront for me!

i just install BitTorrent 5.0.3 ... and take the link
i havent touch any port and nothing about it.. just install and perfect download.
