It's at
\Ubisoft\Silent Hunter 5\MODS\NewUIs_TDC_6_9_0_ByTheDarkWraith\data\Appli cations\OptionsFileEditorViewer\OptionsFileEditorV iewer.exe if you use JSGME to enable your mods. That's assuming you are running TDW's newest version, and you've named your Mods Folder "Mods" . Insert alternate folder names if not
