FSX improved detailed default airports

As should be known, Microsoft had payed special attention to some dozen airports that got recreated with more detail than the ordinary 24,000 airports and airfields around the world. They do not compare to good airport scneery addons, but still are a lot better than what FSX usually offers in default scenery for any random airport. With this file, you can display them easily in Google Earth and immediately measure the distances, picking your trips to your likes or dislikes of long trips. Most of the airprorts are in the US, then there are some in Europe and the Far East, and two in the Australian and New Zealand region. And one in Rio.

No Africa, no ME.

Cannot say for absolute certainty that it is complete. Acceleration Pack added a small number of airports, which should be included already.

Berlin (now closed Tempelhof Airfield) I forgot to include.
