Can my PC run Silent Hunter 4 at max?
So....I've been wondering... can my PC run Silent Hunter 4 at max graphical settings (view distance, water effects, etc) at 60 fps or more? Thanks guys.

I'll probably be using Windows 8, if you can recommend a version of Windows that is free, I'll be extremely happy. As for the version of SH4, the most recent one.

I'm afraid I don't know of a free version of Windows, unless your upgrading from Win 7 or 8.1 to Win 10. The upgrade is free, but that is all.

Ok, thanks a lot. I guess I'll go with Windows 7 or 8, not 10. If there is anything you can recommend to me to lower the price and increase the power, please, tell me. I want to get the ultimate cheap PC
