I tried to put twos 2.6 on my steam sh5 didn't work . just wondering when I install the twos 2.6 to the directory is it the program 86 ubisoft / silenthunter 5 or the program 86 steam/steamapps / silenthunter5 directory

Why don't you just do the search? Your main SH5 install folder is the one where "SH5.exe" is located...

I have the Steam copy of SH5, and for me it's located in (and I installed TWoS to);
<someDrive>\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Silent Hunter 5

*<someDrive> for me being non-standard, but the point being the same.
